Elon Musk Becomes the Sole Director of Twitter

CEO of Tesla Elon Musk has become the sole director for Twitter, by providing the annulment for the nine board members, according to the newly filed papers.

The SEC file dated Oct. 27's consummation of Elon musk's takeover of famous social media Twitter has come with the annulment of twitter's board members.

“On October 27, 2022, and as a result of the consummation of the Merger, Mr. Musk became the sole director of Twitter,” the filing reads.

Later Elon Musk tweeted that those arrangements were just temporary.

Musk has also announced some changes will be made under his ownership such as free speech, bot elimination, fake accounts, and possibilities of crypto payments.

After owning Twitter, Musk got busy introducing new features and regularly providing announcements about his new platform. Already we have heard that monthly $19.99 payment to get the blue tick verification, bringing back Twitter's defunct short-form video service Vines.

We are also hearing there is a crypto wallet development process going on. But we didn't get any official announcement from Elon Musk.
